Just last week the diocese requested a report on the number of volunteers that we have in various ministries within our parish. This led me to reflect upon the wonderful parish that God has chosen me to serve and the amazing people that form His mystical body.
We have over 640 people who generously give of their time and talent in service of the Church in a one-year period. From the very youngest to the most senior parishioner, and everyone in between, we are one body that makes St. Patrick Church a vibrant and a wonderful place to serve the Lord.
All of us look forward to the completion of our church. That will be a joyous day! Thank you to all of you for remaining so faithful to your call of stewardship in the hardest of times. These hard times truly brought the best out of us all.
