What a beautiful day we had together last Sunday as we crossed the threshold of our beautiful St. Patrick Church. Once again, the Holy Spirit was truly present in our midst.
The week before there was so much preparation needed before the church doors opened. We needed pictures hung, chairs moved, cleaning done, and a reception planned for almost 1,000 people, and the list could go on and on. Once again, the loyal stewards of our parish made what seemed impossible come to life. We had hundreds of parishioners share their time, talent, and treasure in the most loving way. Every task was completed seamlessly. Our church was absolutely beautiful! The reception had over 250 varieties of cookies that numbered in the thousands and a beverage selection served to perfection.
Thank you everyone who contributed in any way. We are a parish that embraces the spirituality of stewardship whole heartedly. We proved it once again, “all you need is love.”
