“All Are Welcome” in any parish ministry or parish organization

I was speaking with one of my friends after 8:30 AM Mass last Sunday. She expressed to me how blessed we are to have so many of our parishioners that are involved in the life of our parish. I reflected upon her words all day Sunday. I have to agree with her that we are truly blessed.

Fr. Mike appointed me Director of Stewardship almost three years ago and I would like to thank all of you for making the ministry I love a pleasure and blessing to me, from the Kindergarten PSR students to our Senior Citizen group and everyone in between. We are disciples of Christ who never allowed our fear to be greater than our faith, even in the most challenging of times.

I would like to invite any of our parishioners, especially our new members to feel welcome to become active in parish life. “All are welcome” in any ministry or parish organization. When we work together as a family, Jesus is truly in our midst.

May we continue to walk hand in hand in our journey, together in service to Jesus and Mother Church and find hope in these words of Jesus, “All things are possible for God.” (Mark 10-27).

God bless, Deacon John
