Soup Suppers

Each Wednesday during Lent (except Ash Wednesday), a simple soup supper with bread, crackers, and a beverage is served from 5:30 – 6:30 pm in the church hall.  Although the meal is free of charge, donations are accepted and given to the St. Patrick Food Pantry.   The Lenten themes of fasting (a simple meal), almsgiving (a donation) and prayer (for those who celebrate  the Close of Eucharistic Adoration at 5:00 pm) are expressed.   The Soup Suppers are open to the public and all are welcome to attend.  Much help is needed for these events since all soup, supplies and time are donated.
