2019 Holy Week Schedule

April 13:              Palm Sunday Vigil Mass, 4:00 pm

April 14:              Palm Sunday Mass, 8:30 and 11:00 am

April 15:   MONDAY OF HOLY WEEK

8:30 am: Mass, followed by Miraculous Medal Novena

April 16: TUESDAY OF HOLY WEEK

8:30 am: Mass, followed by St. Anthony of Padua Novena

10:30 am: Chrism Mass at St. Columba Cathedral

April 17:   WEDNESDAY OF HOLY WEEK

8:30 am: Mass, followed by Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament until 7:00 pm

5:30-6:30 pm: Confessions

April 18:   HOLY THURSDAY

7:00 pm: Mass of the Lord’s Supper

The church will remain open for prayer until  midnight.

April 19:   GOOD FRIDAY (a day of fast & abstinence)

3:00 pm: Stations of the Cross & Procession

7:00 pm: Good Friday Service; Passion of the Lord, Veneration of the Holy Cross and Holy Communion

April 20:   HOLY SATURDAY

1:00 pm: Blessing of Easter Foods

8:00 pm: The Great Easter Vigil—Liturgy of the Word, Baptismal Liturgy, Liturgy of the Eucharist

April 21:   EASTER SUNDAY: THE RESURRECTION OF THE LORD

8:30 and 11:00 am: Mass

April 28:  SUNDAY OF DIVINE MERCY

8:30 and 11:00 am: Mass

1:00 to 3:00 pm: Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

3:00 pm: Divine Mercy Prayer Service

Beginning Tuesday, March 19, the 8:30 am liturgy will be a Mass on Tuesdays. It will be followed by the St. Anthony Novena through June 11, 2019.
Stations of the Cross: Lenten Fridays at 7:00 pm
During Lent Reconciliation is on Saturdays at 3:00-3:30 p.m.
