The Light Is On For You-An Evening of Reconciliation

Wednesday, February 28, 2018-6:30-8:00 pm

The Diocese of Youngstown will celebrate a special evening of reconciliation entitled “The Light is ON for You” ~ An Evening of Reconciliation on Wednesday, February 28, 2018.  From 6:30-8:00 p.m. the Sacrament of Reconciliation will be available in all parishes including St. Patrick Parish here in Hubbard.  This evening, held the past two years, provides an opportunity for all parishioners to embrace and live God’s mercy and love more completely.  Pope Francis has said that all people of faith should be ever mindful of God’s mercy in their lives and that in turn; all people show and offer that same mercy to one another through the gift of reconciliation.

“The Light is ON for You ~ An Evening of Reconciliation” coincides with the Season of Lent which urges Catholics to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation as part of their Lenten journey in preparation for Easter.  All parishioners are encouraged to participate in this special event at their parish or at a neighboring parish.
